Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. Refunds will be given after receipt of the original item in its original condition.
I accept refund requests for goods sold on my site if your item breaks due to a manufacturing problem. I make the items myself, by hand. I do my best to ensure top quality craftsmanship but sometimes things happen!
If the problem is size, materials, anything clearly stated in the pictures and description or because you didn't like it I will be unable to refund your purchase price.
